Forum ShopsCaesars PalaceHours: Sun-Thurs, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Fri-Sat, 10 a.m.-midnight Price: Free to enter Type: Shopping The Forum Shops at Caesars launched the Strip shopping-mall boom when it opened in 1992. Since then, it's been expanded twice and is now nearly 700,000 square feet, with 160 stores, 11 full-service restaurants, one-of-a-kind spiral escalators, and the animatronic "Fall of Atlantis" show, with three characters, flames, steam, and smoke, all above the 50,000-gallon aquarium.
Every high-end retailer, from Armani to Versace, is represented here, with 60 stores exclusive in Las Vegas. And when Wolfgang Puck's Spago opened in the original wing, it launched the Las Vegas dining boom; it's still there, having filled up for lunch and dinner every day since then. The Palm (with its excellent lunch special), Border Grill, and Joe's Stone Crab are also intensely popular eateries at the Forum Shops.
There are two convenient valet areas, one right off the Strip between the mall and Caesars Palace.
