Name the song the line is from Part II

I don't think there are many other 80s fans playing right now, so it's probably best to give that one up. It was Rock This Town, by The Stray Cats.

OK, let's see if anyone recognizes this #1 hit from waaaaay back in 1959:

I stay at home at night
Right by the phone at night

A few more lines:

I stay at home at night
Right by the phone at night
But you won't call
And I-I won't hu-urt my pride
"I'm Mr. Blue?"

Leaving for work now, so the floor is open.

Mr. Blue es correcto! Es The Fleetwoods.

Staying with my favorite color (hint):

Through a veil of tears your vision disappears

More lines:

Night after lonely night
We meet in dreams
As I run to your side
You wait with open arms
Open arms, that now are closed to me
Through a veil of tears your vision disappears

The song was a #3 hit in 1963.

Good Morning All,

Let’s see, Jim. Your first hint leads me to believe it’s a “Blue” title since “Blue" was in the title of your last one. Could it be “Blue on Blue” by Bobby Vinton? I don’t know all the words to it, but that’s my guess.
I don't know if I will be around to post if I was right. So, someone else can take it if I was.

Blue On Blue is correct.

This one was a #2 hit in 1969:

I'd have nothing to show, babe
If you should go away

More lines:

You are my whole, babe
My heart and my soul, babe
I'd have nothing to show, babe
If you should go away

That’s “Which Way You Goin’, Billy?” by The Poppy Family.

Here’s some 1959:

Well darlin', now that you're gone
I don't know, what I'll do
