Name the song the line is from Part II

Well - I have half of it!

Good Morning All,

Sorry about that. I should have known better than to go that far into the 1990s. The song is “I am your angel” by Celine Dion and R. Kelly.

We’ll go here:

If I was walkin' in your shoes,
I wouldn't worry none
While you 'n' your friends
are worried about me
I'm havin' lots of fun

Edit: Which half did you have, Tony?
I think I can guess the female artist as well. If it's who I think it is, I probably won't be able to guess the song because, for whatever reason, I just never got into her music.

Edit: Oops. I was typing while you were posting, Cyn.

Your latest one sounds like Countin' Flowers On The Wall, by The Statler Brothers.

Here's another Country/Pop crossover hit. One line ought to do it:

And every lock that ain't locked when no one's around

"King of the Road," by Roger Miller.

"I can't take another minute of
this day without you in it"
That’s looks like ”If you love me (let me know)”. I liked it by both Olivia Newton-John and Elvis Presley.

Here’s a nice one from 1986:

These are the days to hold onto
'Cause we won't
although we'll want to

That's This Is The Time, by Billy Joel -- one of my favorite artists. Well, along with 40 or 50 other favorite artists, lol.

OK, against my better judgment, I'm going back to the 60s here.

Short pants, romance, learn to dance

New - Anotrher oldie - not American . . . not Brit . . . but really big song

And you come to me on a summer breeze,
Keep me warm in your love, then you softly leave.

That’s “How deep is tour love” by the Bee Gees.

This is from 1970:

But if you wanna leave,
take good care
Hope you make a lot of nice friends out there
Wild World by Cat Stevens

That’s “How deep is tour love” by the Bee Gees.
The "t" is next to the "y" lon the keyboard so Cyndee gets credit

single line ....

You know that's a game that I hate to lose
