If this is an honest discussion, I think there's a chance that Trump skates. Just like there's a chance of acquittal in just about any criminal trial. You know, justice system, fair trial, presumption of innocence, and all that. Just another aspect of that democracy thing you conservitards hate so very, very much.

The reality is that some crimes, violent or otherwise, aren't prosecuted due to lack of evidence or a good case. That's not the same thing as saying NYC doesn't prosecute violent crimes at all.

Illiterate kevin should try reading the articles.  bragg from the first day said he was not going to prosecute felonies.  Since then prosecutions have gone down while crime has gone up double digits.
