And there's nothing in the Constitution that says that a President can't mint his own currency, or void prior Constitutional amendments, or or tap dance on the National Mall. LiveFree and Kevin are correct, the President is limited to only the powers granted in the Constitution. "But there's nothing that says that he can't!" sounds like a grade school excuse for having done something naughty. Seems obtuse to me.
