Seems like a good opportunity to put out poison bait to knock down the populations in places like NY.  I guess their attention is on other things at the moment.

Two elements of sickness:

1. That Don finds the massive death toll in New York City somehow amusing.

2. That Don can't spell "Manhattan."

Vultures don't go for rats?  Seems like they could help reduce that population.
