I've asked Kevin previously, and maybe I've missed his answer.  How are we going to replace gasoline in the next 10 years?  To move 70% of cars to batteries, it'll take a 15 fold increase in lithium production.  By the way, lithium is not a sustainable product, but frankly, that's not my point.

As I've said, here's my point.  We don't have the abilility to move quickly to electric cars.  Obstucting oil and gas during this transition is stupid.

I mention only lithium, but we need nichel and many more mined minerals and metals in addition to lithium.

The change to electric cars is good and it will happen.  The question is, what do we do during the transition.  Kevin is just the wacko that says food, housing, and transportation should be free.  Only he offers no way to pay the bill.

So Sleep says that Bakken can't flare gas, and they can't ship gas by the only method.......pipeline.  How is that not obstruction oil and gas production?  After all, every major oil find must either flare or move gas by pipeline.

Oh, and no new oil pipelines either.  Kevin claims that we don't need 'em, yet there's independent pipeline companies willing to risk billions of dollars because they believe that they will have customers to fill those pipelines.  But Kevin knows better.

Kevin, go back to your stupid argument that there's no differece between men and women.  Yep, a vigina is the same as a penis.  Men playing above the rim is equal to women playing below the rim.  That stupid argument makes more sense than your oil/gas argument.

Well lets see...Boilerman made up a story about Biden blocking wells from drilling on exisitng leases.    But Biden is on record supporting a bill that would penalize drillers from not drlling on existing wells they have permits for.   

Both of those narratives cannot be correct.

Yep, my best friend was involved in the oil and gas business from 1981-2021.  The last 20 years of which he was involved in the drilling permit process.  Nope, he knows nothing.  The links I have posted showing videos of a governor from Wyoming, a Senator from Alaska, and two oil men saying the same thing that Pete has told me.  Some how this stuff carries no weight with PJ.

Sleepy campaigned on squashing the oil and gas business, and when he starts doing so, you guys say it aint so.  How stupid.

And Sleepy's "I'm going to fine oil companies if you don't drill" is certainly unconstitutional.  All he needs to do is get the federal government out of the way, AND tell America and the oil companies on TV that he's going to support oil and gas drilling, then things will begin to happen.

Yeah, he's the same guy who said the BP oil spill was Obama's fault (not BP's).

Actually, Boiler, apparently you need to be schooled...just because somebody works as a grunt in an industry, even for decades, that doesn't mean that person understands the markets driven by that industry. In fact, I've found that often, the opposite is the case: they turn into rah-rah super-boosters of their industry and train themselves to completely overlook its foibles and failures. That's what happened to you and your friend.

Dictating what a company can or can't do on leased federal land is certainly constitutional. And it's well within the purview of the chief executive of the United States.

And Boiler...the opinions of rabid RepubliQ conserviatard red-state politicians DON'T carry any weight--because what are they going to say? Whatever their fossil fuel masters tell them to. That means that the fossil fuel industry should indeed be phased out (not "squashed," as you stupidly put it). They have too much money, too much power, and their products and activities damage the environment.

          Let me ask you, when seeking the truth, would you rather believe someone who has worked in a field for 20 years and has 3 state governers concurring the actual facts -or - two imbeciles who take information out of context and embellish their "facts" with lie after lie? PJ, did you not watch the two videos that I posted on key folks talking about the obstruction?  I've made up no stories.  PJ hasn't addressed my proof.

Is PJ claiming that I'm lying about my friend's first hand experience about how the obstruction works to shut down drilling?  He mainly experienced it during the Obama years, but his friends tell him it's been going on since Pete retired last year.

PJ, how does drilling happen in the Bakken when Sleepy demands less flaring of gas, and he won't allow a pipeline to move the gas to market?  Come on PJ, give me an explaination and cut the bull shit.
