Alaska Senator Dan Sullivan discusses Biden drilling obstruction on CNBC

Kevin's been losing arguments and looking dumb for months now but give him a break, he is trying to defend the two dumbest vice presidents we've ever had in this country. (it is a tough job)  One is dangerous and doesn't even know he is POTUS half of the time.  (Clearly everybody can see he is dangerous now any time he goes off script)  The other is just a giggling buffoon. The sooner Kevin stops trying to defend them, the better he will look.

You can present facts and he will just twist words and eventually start insulting you if you don't agree.  And if you just go after him and insult him like I do, he doesn't like that type of medicine he doles out regularly.  The last resort by him and ugly Toad are gay or tiny dick accusations......really showing their maturity levels.  I mean, when you start tossing that stuff around, you've pretty much admitted to yourself you've lost.

NOT ON EXISITING LEASES HE HASN'T

Now for the facts

Biden’s orders direct the secretary of the Interior Department to halt new oil and natural gas leases on public lands and waters, and begin a thorough review of existing permits for fossil fuel development.

After shutting down wells in 2020 due to the pandemic, why should an oil company invest millions in restarting wells in an environment where the biden gang can shut them down without any notice?

Uh huh, Jerry. I explode a conservitard's argument, ask a question he can't answer, and he just weasels away. You can call that winning an argument if you want. I call it cowardice.

I know you're here just to start and engage in arguments, not to actually discuss anything. You've admitted that multiple times. So you're not interested in issues, as your posts have shown.

And as far as my language is concerned--I haven't seen you object to David Miller calling everyone a liar traitor idiot blah blah blah--incessantly! So your selective faux outrage--sorry, I don't buy it.

No ....Not restarting.....you reference new drilling.  New properties.  New wells.    Thats what you got.   On no level whatsoever has Biden prevented any existing spicket from being turned on to full capacity.   Thats not even legally allowed.

Thats not the issue of existing wells.  My article spells it out straight from the mouths of the analysts and executives.

Whether it is restarting shut down wells or requesting new IP permits the problem is the same - Biden gang obstruction.  There is no incentive for a company to invest millions when a project can be shut down in a day on the whim of the Biden gang.

In any case the permit process has to be ongoing as it takes years to go from request to an actual operating well. Shutting down the process for several years will only make the problem worse as the current wells run dry.

They don't need any new permits when over 4,000 existing permitted sites are sitting idle.

The fossil fuel companies have successfully manipulated Trumper fools like Tommie-poo  into thinking that their reluctance to produce has been due to the "obstruction" of that horrible horrible Biden administration--when the reality is that they've throttled back production in order to keep prices nice and high.

They've played Tommie-poo and his kind very skillfully, to get them to blame someone else for their OWN pricing decisions!! Not that all the Tommie-poos need any additional excuse to bitch about Biden.

Stupid Tommie-poo.

See, the problem , Tom, is I have an article that says something totally different and it comes straight from the mouthes of the oil companies.    You have the same the source Boilerman does.....your ass.    And so we just have to ask ourselves which one has more credibility.

Great Scott !

The oil companies are promising to do the impossible:   Increase production at existing sites.    Straight from their corporate mouths in public statements and earnings calls.   But these people are all committing felonies by telling lies about their companies according to Boilerman and Tom because in reality they were already going at 100% and had no ability to expand because of Joe Biden.      Arrests will probably be fourthcoming....either that or Tom and Boilerman will be proven to be full of shit.

Exxon

Exxon has said it expected to increase its production from the Permian by 100,000 barrels per day this year, on top of a sharp ramp up last year to 460,000 barrels per day. “We’re well on our way to that,” CEO Darren Woods told an industry conference in Houston on Monday.

Chevron

The company produced 608,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day from the Texas and New Mexico basin in 2021 and will grow that significantly this year after ramping up capital spending by 50%, executives said on a conference call Friday.

Continental Resources to boost oil supply by 1/3

Continental Resources expects to increase oil output by as much as one third this year after snapping up assets in the Permian basin.

Hess will increase supply in Bakken (the area Boilerman speciically called out as being obstructed)

Hess Corp (HES.N) estimates its net production will increase between 12% and 15% in 2022, driven by added output coming from the Bakken shale field in North Dakota and from Guyana, the company said on Wednesday.

Of course. The oil companies have never been even close to 100% utilization of their resources. That's deliberate on their part--keeps prices high.

Which would be fine if it was "their" oil--withholding a commodity from the market until prices are at their peak is a legitimate business tactic. But these fossil fuel resources belong to the American people, and leases have been granted with the expectation that they'd be developed.

So Biden's plan to fine companies that just sit on their drill sites is both just and practical.

Wells in areas like Bakken and other areas where fraking is favorable, deplete very quickly.  They produce a bunce early, and little late.  Most or many of the productive wells are running out of juice.  https://www.loose.info/decline-curve-for-bakken-shale-oil-wells/  For thos interested, you can learn about the life span of Bakken oil wells.  Liberals.............we know you are not interested.  After all, your just learning that Sleepy's boy Hunter's lapton info wasn't Russian disinformtation.

In a nutshell, well production in Bakken depletes about 40% in a decade.  PJ's argument that Sleepy's policies aren't having a major impact on drilling is simply stupid.
