I go by the fact that none of the recent post-apocalyptic movies have shown any of the characters eating pizza.
However, even if DonDiego is correct, I suspect that delivery options in a post-holocaust wasteland would be severely curtailed.
Hieroglyphics in Egyptian tombs can be interpreted as the pharaohs enjoying a slice of pizza. So maybe pizza will survive no matter what.
