Depends what part of Arizona and one's ability to pay for travel and lodging in a different state.   Regardless if you side with the lawmakers of AZ you side with a government who denies this service in this instance.   And thats pretty shitty even for you.

If you ever find yourself questioning what truly awful human beings Republicans are come back and reread this story.  Faced with the horrible fact that their policies caused a child rape victim to suffer they decided to line up and victimize the rape victim claiming she was lying and that her story was false. 

A  decent person wouldn't be able to live with themselves after attacking a ten-year-old rape victim. 

It's about 400 miles, or a six-hour drive, from the major metro areas of Arizona to the major metro areas of Southern California. To make a trip like that isn't within everyone's means. And even if it is--why force women to travel to exercise a basic right?

Actually the victim did not have to cross state borders for an abortion. She would granted one in Ohio as an emergency case! Let’s see how the rapist comes out as he resides in Columbus which is a sanctuary city, let’s hope goes to jail for a very long time.

I believe that ALL states should change their laws to have exceptions for rape, incest and for when a mother's live is in danger. In 98.5% of the abortions done, only 1.5 % are done because of rape, incest, or danger to the mother. The Columbus Dispatch first reported that Gerson Fuentes was arrested after police said he confessed to raping a child on multiple occasions. He has been charged with rape, and the outlet reported that he was possibly in the country illegally. The source told Fox that Fuentes is a Guatemalan national in the country illegally and that ICE has placed a detainer on Fuentes, which is a request he eventually be handed over to the agency for removal proceedings.

Show me the link for the procedure to invoke an emergency case? Ohio doesn't have a rape exception.  Again not once ounce of shame for all the Republicans that attacked this ten-year-old girl. Republicans have already said when they gain control of Congress and the Presidency they are going to pass a nationwide abortion ban so at some point there will be no place else to go.  Given the call for a nationwide abortion ban, it's time to cut the bullshit about it being a states' rights issue. If the Supreme Court wanted to make it a states' rights issue all they would have had to do was uphold the 15-week restriction. They went the extra mile and overturned Roe because they needed to get rid of abortion as a fundamental right so a future Republican administration could legally enact a nationwide abortion ban

No one is arguing that it's the current law there. The issue is that the law is medieval and cruel.

It's also grossly unconstitutional--a flagrant disregard of the Fourteenth Amendment--but I won't go there for now. My objection is more on moral and ethical grounds than legal and constitutional ones at the moment.
