10 year old rape victim in Ohio cant get abortion in her state

This girl is going to Indiana to have an abortion.   The sad thing is in a few weeks that state will have the same laws as Ohio.   Government as run by a psychotic religious cult.  Thank you Federalist Society !

This will be a tragic and common story made even worse as low income people wont have the luxury of traveling out of state.  They'll be stuck in Kavanaugh-land.    

Victims such as this poor child can get an abortion any time, anywhere because of what happened. Your lying, made up scenario stating that, at a later time when guidelines are changed within the state, she would not be able to get an abortion is a lie - and you know it. Try telling the truth when you post such stories. Don't believe me, ask anyone with knowledge about such situations and they will tell you exactly what I have said here. Abortion is illegal even after a rape in several states, and it will be illegal even after a rape in a total of fifteen states if bills already in progress become law. That's a simple reality, regardless of what David's Fuckbook video says.

We already know that David voted twice for a self-admitted rapist, so we're not surprised that he supports rape and the subjugation of women.

There are programs under way in states that are "islands" surrounded by other states where abortion is or will be banned, such as Illinois, where travel subsidies will be given to women who can't get abortions in their home states.

Of course, the Handmaid's Tale states are furiously cooking up ways to declare that illegal as well. But even a Trumper-scum state doesn't have jurisdiction over what happens in other states. And if women in the Trumper-scum states are forced to register their pregnancies, then they travel, and come back un-pregnant, the authorities there will arrest and interrogate them--but doctors in the free states will provide them with evidence of their tragic "miscarriages."

Ultimately, I expect the Handmaid's Tale states to imprison and monitor all pregnant women, and condemn to death any woman who doesn't carry her fetus to term--for ANY reason. "Her baby died--she's a murderer."

It's time to break up the US into Freeland and Jesusland.

Is Ohio part of "anywhere"? Because she cant get an abortion there "anytime".    

Indiana (the state she is going to) is expected to pass the same laws as Ohio by the end of the month.    Regardless, her state has already done so.

 I read the article, and as usual, you have taken liiberty with the facts. Time for another of your massive dumps - we all know who is full of it.

David show us where this little girl can get an abortion in her home state? You are the one that overstated the facts by claiming she can get an abortion anytime anywhere. It seems unlikely to me given the size of an average 10 year old that she could survive child birth and or deliver a healthy baby. Carrying this baby to term would likely be a death sentence for the 10 year old.

   You show me where it says that she can't. I read the article, in full. did you? The real story here is when will the animal that impregnated her be dealt with and justice for this child be given.

Read the ohio revised code https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-2919.16  Specifically (F) and (K).

Those are the only exceptions that allow an abortion after a viable heart beat is found (usually at or about six weeks).

There are only those two exceptions for getting an abortion after six weeks in Ohio. Rape, incest and age are not one of them.
