Those are the only exceptions that allow an abortion after a viable heart beat is found (usually at or about six weeks).

There are only those two exceptions for getting an abortion after six weeks in Ohio. Rape, incest and age are not one of them.

 She did get the abortion, that is the bottom line. It will take time, but I beleive that the citizens of Ohio will amend the bill to the proper time line. If not, those who desire an abortion still can get an abortion, in another state. The Supreme Court decision has done the constitional correct thing - the states and the citizens of each state can set the standards for future abortions. Granted, having to go to another state may not be ideal, but the inconvience of having to do so does not prevent having an abortion. My hope is that the animal that did this to her spends a long time in prison. 

If this girl lived in South Dakota, Gov. Kristi Noem would make her carry the child.

Also Republicans: Don't panic. You can always get an abortion if you go to another state.

      Liberals love murdering children, in and out of the womb.

Not everyone has the resources to drop everything and travel to another state, and those that manage to do so won't be covered by whatever health insurance they have.

So the people hurt the most by this medieval policy will be poor people. How perfectly Republican!

For some people, it's much more than a mere inconvenience--it can be impossible, logistically and/or financially. Also, health insurance almost never covers non-emergency treatment in another state.

There are many locations in the US where, due to existing laws or laws that are about to be passed, the nearest abortion clinic will be 300, 400, or even 500 miles away. PLUS, let's not forget that many of the RepubliQ Handmaid's Tale states are drafting laws that will make it a crime for residents of their states to obtain abortions elsewhere. Not to mention cash rewards for anyone who turns a "baby killer" woman in to the authorities.

Making the exercise of a human right more difficult is just as evil as making it impossible (voting in RepubliQ states comes to mind as another example). The reason why this issue should NOT be left up to the states is that states should not have the power to restrict fundamental human rights--even if 99% of their citizens vote for such restrictions.
