Of course, this is understandable. The driving force behind American conservatism is the existential fear that "THEY" will take over--"THEY" being nonwhite people and/or women. So an outspoken, influential female Hispanic politician is seen by things like Tommie-poo and Boilerman as a mortal threat.

Tommie-poo's outrage is manufactured. He doesn't give a flying shit whether AOC wears a mask or not. If he had ever expressed similar outrage at REPUBLICANS not only not wearing masks but encouraging/forcing others not to, he might be credible. But he never has.
