I looked at the Texas form. On it you can put a license number as well as the last 4 digits of the social. So if someone filled out an absentee ballot one of those numbers will work.

Whats your explanation of the 50% of rejected ballots in Texas?    You know, since its just as easy as before?   More importantly, what voter fraud occurred that this process will correct on any scale close to the number of legitimate voters it disenfrachises?

Don't know why they were rejected, just that the excuse given doesn't hold water.  The intended result was to make sure the ballots were valid.

That's possibly because it's easier for them to dodge the question and keep repeating the lie than to make the honest admission that all this "STOP DUH STEAL" babble was evil nonsense.

And yes, it is indeed working as intended. Some portion of the applicants will give up, and some portion of those people won't vote, either because they're disgusted with the entire process or they simply won't be able to vote in person. So fewer people will vote as a result.
