You have a coop. Very few of the new Amazon workers would.
Your continuing ignorance of NYC is amazing
There are 7,065 private residential co-op buildings of over 100 units. (Source: Page on nyc.gov) Plus theere are over 1,000 buildings with less than 100 units
Assuming 125 units per building, there works out to almost 850,000 units & and that is not counting the smaller coops & the suburbs. So there is a good chance Amazon workers would buy one.
So 25K more riders would result in more than quadruple the foot traffic through that one station.
Another ignorant statement. There are 4 subway lines in the area, plus 3 bus lines & Roosevelt Island with 11,000 residents is walkable. So 25,000 people would not be going thru 1 station, plus everybody does not come and go at the same time.
As part of the deal Amazon was going to build a public school for 600 students.
But the moron keeps digging
