1) Joe Biden's negative statement about the vaccine roughly a year ago was in response to Donald Trump's reported desire to rush the vaccine to the public before the FDA gave it approval. Donny wanted it out before the election regardless of its status (for political reasons). And Joe Biden didnt agree. Tell us, Charles, which person in that debate do you agree with?
2) What changed?
The vaccine went from "Emergency use status" to "Full approval status" with the FDA. Just like all the other mandatory vaccines you get before a child can attend a public school.
There not a big conspiracy or underhanded political move on either front (aside from the former president). But clearly thats your mindset. I cant help you with that.
PJ provided a list of Republican governors who publicly stated that they would fight Bidens vaccination mandate. Stalker then demanded that PJ also post a list of Democratic governors who have done the same. When such a list was not immediately forthcoming, Stalker threw one of his tiresome predictable tantrums.
Even if PJ was inclined to respond to Stalker's screaming demands, he can't provide a list of Democratic governors who have stated that they will fight the mandate--because there aren't any. DUHHHH.

Actually, PJ, the best way to respond to a stupid question is to laugh at it. The person asking it will then scream at you, insult you, and call you a liar. That's how these people behave.
