     Here is what Max left out (from the "Irish Star" online article -- https://www.irishstar.com/news/us-news/donald-trump-sickest-patient-accelerating-37328260  )  ---Dr. John Gartner, a former assistant professor at Johns Hopkins University Medical School who has a private practice in New York and Baltimore, told the Daily Beast that he based his opinion on years of public observation.  ---  Gartner stressed that he has never examined Trump in person, but says a long record of speeches, social media posts and public appearances leaves a pattern of cognitive and behavioral decline since he made his political debut in 2015.  --- The White House responded to Gartner's claims on the Daily Beast's podcast, calling the doctor a "Democrat hack."

Now for the facts.  Turns out he has since an agenda and the only paper that pIicked this story up is the Irish Star whose circulation dropped by 80% since 2003

According to the Audit Bureau of Circulations, Ireland, the average daily circulation of the Irish Daily Star is 20,101

Gartner has described himself as a member of "The Resistance" against Donald Trump, stating: "I went through a similar process like some of the other people you have spoken to who have decided to step away from being active members of 'the resistance.' For five years I did that work with total energy and commitment. I was sounding the alarm about Trump basically every day. I did hundreds of interviews. I made it my full-time job like I was at war. But after five years, when Biden was inaugurated, I thought, okay, the war's over, I can take off my metaphorical uniform. Gartner has described Trump as "an animal" who is "convinced that he actually believes that he has some type of God-like powers". Gartner has described Trump as "unwell, dangerously unfit, malignant personality who has reaped massive destruction", who is "hypomanic", "showing gross signs of dementia", and other mental illness and personality disorders.

Everybody knows the signs, and everyone can see that MAGA is HIDING THE DECLINE OF TRUMP. His handlers are running the country while he attacks random countries! ALL MAGA deserve to be incarcerated. NOW!

Experts are RAISING THE ALARM!

Anyone can tell that the Turd's brain is falling apart--even you, who are experiencing a similar decline. We don't need to examine Trump or you to tell that.

Did you see that photo of him without his hand makeup on? He had zombie skin. The dude is literally rotting both physically and mentally in front of us.

Unfortunately, he's managed to survive multiple medical conditions that would have killed most people. And his present condition isn't likely to be fatal; he's just going to continue a slow decline. The truth of the matter is that he should already have been ousted due to unfitness for office. But like many dictators and kings before him, he'll be kept on the throne, propped up if necessary, even as he rots.

I'm not looking forward to Vance being in charge--a repulsive thought--but at least, he won't throw billions down the toilet on some stupid war. He's at least as evil as Trump, but far smarter, so he won't do anything that endangers his standing and reputation, if and when he becomes President (shudder). 

  Apparently Lying Lewis prefers another brain dead Biden clone - there are plenty of them in the DemocRAT party. Lewis never had a negative thing to say when his choice - Biden - was in a vegetative state the 4 years he was in the Oval Office. 

Well, I first discounted this as the ravings of a lunatic physician needing to justify his existence. 

Then David informed us that Gartner, the MD, admits never having examined Trump in person, an absolute requirement when rendering an opinion as a qualified professional. 

HOWEVER...if taken in that sense??  Anybody can Google "frontotemporal dementia" for clinical features of that diagnosis. And compare Healthy Narcissism, a personality trait (sense of self-confidence, self-worth) with NPD, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, a formal diagnosable disorder, when the traits become pervasive, inflexible: Grandiosity; Need for Admiration; Lack of Empathy; Vulnerability (highly sensitive to criticism or perceived failures). 

Dr. Gartner may be on to something, though most respected clinicians would never post something that like publicly.

"We can all agree that a crazy president is a great danger to the country, and it is hard to read those [Truth Social ] posts without thinking we have one, isn't it?  There is a certain constitutional amendment that was intended, in a fashion, to deal with situations like this, but we have arrived at the ironic circumstance that those who would be responsible for invoking it are too terrified by his craziness to do so.  Our biggest problem isn't a president who is nuts, but that we apparently can't do anything about a president who is nuts."
