If they're honest with themselves, they'll acknowledge that they made all that money by lying, so when those lies wind up costing them money later on, they should consider that a cost of doing business.

Its the first of several lawsuits - another one is at least as big. And there's mulitple sexual harrassment suits still to come. Shareholders leave their politics at the door when it comes to their pocket books. And thats another issue. You can bet there will be shareholder class action lawsuits claiming the incompetent management mishandled their investment. Stay tuned.
FOX is trying to stop the bleeding and also do some window dressing so they can look like they are addressing the underlying problems.
