During my last Labor Day buddies Vegas trip, I asked three of my California friends which action was the most likely to garner an arrest in LA or San Diego.
1. Urinating in Public.
2. Smoking pot in public
3. Smoking a cigarette in public
They all agreed that none of these would get one arrested, but the most likely to win a ticket would be smoking a cigarette in public. Nice job California..........you've totally lost your way and your policies are unsustainable.

You've been making other people sick for what, fifty years? There's no excuse for that. And that as nothing to do with politics.
For what it's worth, smoking OUTSIDE is perfectly legal in CA, except where there are large crowds, such as at a ballgame. So if you have the common decency to keep your stink away from other people, light up! Keep killing yourself!

San Francisco suffers from a ridiculously high paying job market that everyone wants a piece of - so much so there are no vacant houses. The bum's in David MIller's neighborhood have a wide variety of crack houses to use as a toilet. So there's that advantage.
And its also a friendly reminder - Next time you see a Federal infrastructure project in David's zipcode make sure you thank the taxpayers of San Francisco who paid for it.
