Actually, the rules in California are identical regarding smoking pot and smoking tobacco.

And pissing and crapping on the streets are both illegal in California. It's legal in Trumper land.

They still have open sewers and outhouses in large swaths of Trumper land. (Deep South and Appalachia)

Poor David has to use his kiddie sand pail because there's no toilet in his Mommy's basement.

I didn't claim that pissing and smoking pot in public is illegal.  I said that those actions are less likely to get you a ticket in California than smoking a cigarette.  In my town, smoking pot, crapping and pissing in public will put you in jail.  And you know what?  I never see it done.

And on what data do you base your assertions? Have you performed a study?.Examined arrest and conviction records?

Or did you just repeat something that a friend of yours pulled out of his ass because it sounded good to you?

The video does not lie.

A video, not being a conscious entity, cannot either tell the truth or lie. The person who posts it, along with a title that purports what that video is supposedly about, can indeed lie.

A video can contain either factually accurate or factually inaccurate content. 

I've tried to explain the difference between simply being incorrect and lying many times. The latter is done with full knowledge that the information is false, with intent to deceive.

For example, a TV broadcaster reports today's high temperature as 65; it was actually 67. That was an incorrect statement, not a lie.

Trump tells a national TV audience that anyone who wants a CoVid test can get one. That is incorrect; he knows it is; and he makes the statement with the intent to deceive.

Most of us learned this distinction in kindergarten. But Trumpers don't understand it.

Kevin - The vodeo I posted does not lie. It is obvious that YOU don't understand that fact. Your bullshit deflection has no bearing on this video. Go peddle your asinine bullshit elsewhere.

I asked three close friends who've lived in southern California since the early 1980's.  One lives in Pacific Beach, two in Belmont Shore (south of Long Beach), and another in Huntington Beach.  My friends are bright enough to watch and learn.  All say the the homeless problem is out of control near them.

I'm also observant enought to know that in my town one will be arrested for smoking pot, crapping, or uninating in public.  Why didn't a Kevin ask me about a survey about that?
