I believe that it's true, Trump ignored and probably didn't even read the daily briefing that was presented to him last February about this.
I do not believe for one second, however, that he wasn't told about it, either last year or this year. His lackeys know enough to follow up verbally on serious issues presented in the paper briefing.
It was cringeworthy watching that blonde bimbo telling everyone that Trump is the most informed person on the planet. He's about as informed as my cat. And that's deliberate on his part. You don't deserve an answer, but here's one anyway. The report didn't say there WAS no evidence; it said that they FOUND no evidence. A distinction you may be too dense to understand.
This is not surprising in light of Trump's eleven separate instances of felony obstruction of justice in trying, successfully, to impede the investigation. The report detailed these Trump crimes and noted that only his office shielded him from prosecution.
I've explained this to you before. So to answer your question, no, the report did NOT say that.

I don't know whether it's true or not. What I can't come to grips with is why the Taliban would need any incentive to kill American troops. It's a rabidly fanatical muslim extremist enemy that will gladly kill any and all Americans they can. Why would Putin or any Russian in authority feel they could increase the killing with a bounty?
