His management of the virus has NY with 6% of the population with almost 25% of the cases. In addition his mismanagement spread the disease to the nearby commuter states of NJ & Ct.

Yeah, and Cuomo is responsible for my burning my grilled cheese sandwich yesterday. And what about that earthquake? Obviously Cuomo's fault. And Tom lost his puppy because of Cuomo.
