The following media outlets all said the China Virus was no big deal. Buzz Feed on 1/29, Vox on 1/31, Wash Post on 2/1 & 2/4 & the Daily Beast on 2/7. As late as 3/4 CNN's Anderson Cooper was saying the winter flu was more dangerous.
Dr Tufecki in the Atlantic write that the scientific community also missed the danger.
And let us not forget China who to this day has lied about the dangers of this virus.
