During a Feb. 28, 2020, campaign rally in South Carolina, President Donald Trump likened the Democrats' criticism of his administration's response to the new coronavirus outbreak to their efforts to impeach him, saying "this is their new hoax." During the speech he also seemed to downplay the severity of the outbreak, comparing it to the common flu.

What's False

Despite creating some confusion with his remarks, Trump did not call the coronavirus itself a hoax.

If Trump's in charge how come he (and you) are blaming state governors for the failures of a coordinated national response to a national pandemic ?

The fact that right-wingers still classify this outbreak as a NYC problem speaks to their lack of understanding of the issue - and the lack of understanding of the media sources they get their information from. Thats why Georiga just issued a stay-at-home order starting late this past week

The HANDLING of the crisis by DemocRats is the problem in New York city. Understanding that fact is what is wrong with the lying media and the idiot liberals who believe the DemocRatic lies that the media reports.

You mean the lying liberal media who alerted us to the disease while the president called them witch hunters?

This reminds me of hurricane Katrina where the FOX News morons all blamed Louisianna for FEMA's absence in the immediate aftermath.

All of the other countries in the world were able to lock down this pandemic into a smaller area because they had a coordinated, national response. Even Italy. We're the only country that has a universal outbreak in almost every major city - because we dont . And crybaby Trump disciples wont be able to spin that fact any more than they did with their same excuses after Katrina.
