Florida's Employment Gains and Losses Florida gained 413,000 jobs (4.5%) since March 2022.
Florida gains about 7,000 jobs per week. Don't think they will be missed.
Disney also announced that they are closing their Star Wars Hotel which cost almost $1b to build. Things may not be going that great in the Mouse House & are cutting costs

The Amazon NYC project was for 25,000 jobs. The Florida project was 2,000. There was no free taxpayer free ride in NY. Amazon was getting a tax break on property that was generating very little revenue.
The difference is that NY is losing jobs & population, while Florida is gaining jobs at the rate of 7,000 per week.
