Do you think you'll come back to Vegas?

As opposed to your otherworldly wisdom, and calling people liars and insulting them over 100 times a week (usually labeled "DA UNDENIABLE TROOT!").

The truth IS the truth - no matter how YOU deny it.

Apparantly, Kevin doesn't realize that "less than nothing" is something.

Why am I not surprised that you smoke heavily indoors around other people? That's the act of a fool AND an asshole.

It's a way of thinning the herd of the weak.

In his four years in third grade, Boilerman never quite grasped the concept of negative numbers. He is a walking, breathing example of the failures of our educational system.

It's been quite a while since poor old DonDiego visited the  "City of gambling, bookmaking, easy marriage, easy divorce, organized crime, prostitution [however, prostitution is illegal in Las Vegas and Clark County], strip clubs, cabarets, clubbing, and 24-hour liquor sales."

When he lived in New Mexico and, later, Arizona he'd make it up there, or at least to Laughlin, at least 5 or 6 times a year.

In fact, in 2007 teechur and DonDiego got married atop The Stratosphere; . . . and some folks who frequented this very LVA website back then got to see the ceremony broadcast live on the Strat's website.

DonDiego would do the City pretty much like any tourist, except he rarely played the slots unless there was a multi-million jackpot, . . . where he'd drop a hundred bucks for the thrill.

He enjoyed the Vegas shows, not so much the headliners but things like Cirque du Soleil, and variety shows.

What he really did play was blackjack, and profitably.

He'd also participate in blackjack tournaments.

Highlights :

The biggest tournaments he played were the Million-Dollar tournaments played over 3 years at the Riviera.

Poor old DonDiego entered a qualifer-tournament the first year; he won First Place of $20,000. He also played a qualifier-tournament the third (and final) year and, again, won First Place and $20,000.

Unfortunately he didn't place in the money in either $1,000,000 Final.

DonDiego played lots of small-and-middlin'-sized tournaments in Las Vegas, Reno, Henderson, Laughlin, and Tunica, Ms.

DonDiego opines the big-money blackjack tournaments are less and less common anymore.

Poor old DonDiego would also bet sports, almost exclusively the NFL.

He is probably one of the few people who actually bet on the short-lived XFL of 2001; not only that, . . . when he placed his bet on the Memphis Maniax, he personally shifted the line ! ! !, . . . and not only that, . . . he won the bet !

He bet an NFL parlay at the Flamingo once that paid $1000 on a $50 bet.

But nowadays, . . . Las Vegas has little allure for poor old DonDiego.

If/when legal sports betting arrives nearby to where he lives, he'll likely participate if'n the vigorish isn't too high.

My group of friends plan to be in Vegas October 2-5. I'm guessing that it'll happen then, but who knows.

Actually, smoking is a way of thinning yourself. I just hope they don't have to waste a ventilator on you.

I use to visit Vegas 6 times a year. Main objective was to gamble. The last visit was 2015.  I now get my gambling fix locally.  Looser slots, better perks, better comps and no panhandlers, no timeshare hawkers, no 6/5 BJ. no parking fees and NO resort fees.

I doubt if I return to Vegas any time soon.

I was always quite good at math.  Zero is nothing, while a negative number is something.  For example.

10 + -9 = 1, while 10 + 0 = 10.

The negative number has an effect, while the zero has no effect.

Those who consume an equal amount of govenment benefits for which they pay in taxes would qualify as a zero, while Kevin qualifies as a large negative number.  Kevin's inability to understand negative numbers may explain his confusion about "free shit".  He apparantly actually believes that the stuff is nothing, thus literally free.
