Charles, if you specifically want to talk Georgia RICO it is fine. Of course it is unprecedented because we've never had a President attempt a coup to remain in power when his term was over.  Georgia has a very expansive RICO law as passed by the tough on crime conservatives in the Georgia state legislature. Georgia recently brought RICO cases against teachers that were conspiring to cheat on standardized tests to make their schools look better and against a rapper. RICO had never been used in those ways either. If you are unhappy with Georgia RICO law blame the tough on crime conservative state legislature. 

If Trump or his co-defendants are unhappy with Georgia RICO law they should not have committed crimes there.

As to investigating Hillary, sure I get upset when people are investigated when there is no evidence they committed any crimes. There is an abundance of evidence Trump committed crimes including audio and video tape.

Trump could always cop a plea and probably get a sweet deal.
