In the report (which you read!!!), where does it say that the (ho-hum) data mining was in any way illegal?

David, as you said in the post that began this thread, "read for yourself." I'm beginning to believe that you did not actually read the latest report, you simply read what resulted after the folks at Fox chewed it, digested it, and then puked it into your mouth.

David, apparently you still haven't "read for yourself" that latest Durham report, in which (I claim) no accusation of illegality is made against the guy doing the data mining. So here are my questions:

Are you not reading it out of laziness?

Is laziness the reason you got fired from your job and had to become a Welfare Queen at our expense?
