David, apparently you still haven't "read for yourself" that latest Durham report, in which (I claim) no accusation of illegality is made against the guy doing the data mining. So here are my questions:
Are you not reading it out of laziness?

But since you started this thread saying telling us to "read for yourself," have you read the Durham report yourself yet. That's a really easy question to answer, you know, either "yes" or "no." So why don't you put your big boy pants on and answer the question?
Oh, and be sure and point out where in the report it says that the data mining was in any way illegal or unethical. TIA!
