Charles, what you call Candy's "fine point" is basic science, which you seem to not understand. An antibacterial drug cannot be effectively used to treat a viral infection. Period.
"Not enough evidence" isn't equivalent to "promising."
There are no actual clinical trials of Ivermectin being used as a treatment for covid. If such an experiment were actually conducted, it would be criminally negligent as well as medically unethical. There aren't 15,000 covid patients, or even 15, being treated with Ivermectin by actual doctors.
