The IEAE reports that were made BEFORE Trump pulled out of the deal stated that Iran was in compliance. The reports about the violations didn't happen until AFTER Trump pulled out of the deal. Iran was in compliance until the deal was cancelled by the U.S. Government.

One consequence of this realization is that Republican officeholders nationwide are retiring/saying they won't run for reelection. They know that their past Trump fealty is now a liability.
I think it's absolutely hilarious how "the message" had to shift from "we totally obliterated their nuclear program" (bigly success!) to "they will have photon torpedoes tomorrow* to justify Trump's war.
