What I think never changes - actual proof is formost, hearsay, she said- he said does not cut it with me. You are a classic example of one who spews loads of shit daily, without proof based upon whatever your TDS dictates. All you do is argue, insult and blatently lie time and again. I have no first hand evidence as to whether he did or did not. A claimed event that was said to have happened 25 years prior, with no reccollection of exactly what year, without any documentation, witnesses or recorded verification leaves the claiming of this event as being dubious at best.

What your criterion is, is whether the rapist/molester is a Republican (automatically innocent) or a Democrat (automatically guilty).
