In order to officiate in the pro leagues it requires years of experience & the officials are hired & vetted by the leagues. After being hired, their games are reviewed & evaluated. Lower rated officials don't have their contracts renewed.
In addition to hiring female officials, the leagues are hiring female coaches & management.

Kevisha and Jerry, professional track and field is a great example. Any chick or dude can compete in the men's division if fast enough. Kevin argues that NFL, NBA, and MLB owners are angry white males, and that's why there are no women in these leagues. What about the LA Lakers who are owned and managed by a female?
No women compete in professionla track and field in the men's division, because zero women can be competitive on the same level with the men. This goes for all sports.
Here's the question. Was Kevin once Kevisha, or is Kevisha transitioning to Kevn? Either way, it's obvious that Kevisha/Kevin has never be able to compete with the men.

Kevisha's like minded and bodied swimmer friend just won the NCAA women's 500 meter free swimming championship. This dude, now swimming as a chick, beat a Tokyo Olympic silver medalist in the process. He/She/It wasn't good enough last year while swimming with the guys to get a chance to swim.
