If people are allowed to mete out the death penalty for trespassing, then they could do so to anyone on their lawn, front porch, back yard, etc.
I had a friend who was a meter reader for a year. She hated the job, but stuck with it for a while because it paid well. She eventually got tired of people siccing dogs on her and on four different occasions, pulling guns on her. She was always in uniform.
I realize that my moral compass is aligned differently than yours and, of course, Millerscum's. I don't like killing.
Not going after anybody in my yard or with a uniform on. But you start breaking into my house, all bets are off. Death penalty commences when windor or door is breached.
