Today's liberals demand it because that day has still not arrived some 58 years later. We just had an openly racist president that probably set us back another 20 years.  Conservatives everywhere are working hard to pass new Jim Crow laws.  Conservatives are banning schools from teaching kids about the Black Wall Street and Rosewood Massacres because they don't want white children to feel bad. When are Conservatives going to quit pretending systematic racism does not exist and quit working to enshrine it into the laws of the nation?

You can look at the diversity within the two political,parties in our country.   One is multi racial, multi religious, multi-gender, and multi-sexual.    The other is old, white, Evangelical men.

MLK told us we should not pay attention to color and only to charactor.

Today's Liberals demand that we always pay attention to color that that this color supersedes the importance of charactor.

Some people pay attention to data like how people of color get treated disproporionately  in both our provate and public institutions due to their race   That data shows minorities get bigger prison sentences, more traffic tickets, fewer loans, fewer job offers, lower pay, lower home appraisals, fewer government grants, less disaster aid, less funded public schools,  gerrymandered voting districts, and voting laws designed specifically to disenfranchise them.

So (like MLK) you can acknowledge the systemic racism that exists in this country and confront it....or like Tucker Carlson you can say racism doesn't exist.    Clearly we see where Boilerman stands.    And more importantly we can see where people of those minorities stand hence the post I made earlier about the Republican-drinking-game.

Well, Boiler isn't exactly unique in that he ignores inconvenient truths such as mountains of data. His stupid bleat is that by recognizing the disparities and inequities you pointed out, liberals (he still can't spell it!) are focusing on the victims' race rather than some nebulous, undefined concept of character (whoever is going to be the judge of that!).

Here's what Boiler isn't capable of understanding. The character of people of color is definitely not considered in law enforcement, the justice system, the financial world, RepubliQ voter suppression efforts, and all the other things you mentioned. That these disparities happen because of those folks' race is a simple reality. When sensible non-Boiler people (liberals, and others with compassion and common sense, unlike Boiler) point out these things, they are very much in agreement with Martin Luther King. If people were indeed judged by the content of their character, people of color would be treated equally to Whites. But they're not, as the data show.

So Boiler's idiotic racist point, aside from being abhorrent, is stupidly, completely wrong.
