I'm very willing to consider each person as an individual, considering only their charactor. This does not prevent one from acknowleding the facts that as a group, blacks commit a disproportional percentage of crime. It does not prevent one from acknowleding that they don't do well as a group in school. Refusing to acknowledge the obvious truth helps no one, especially black people who continued who get a slap on the back and an atta boy for a job poorly done.

Black people are lower on the economic ladder than other ethnic groups. That leads to more crime and poorer performance in schools. You want to say it's because of their inherent racial inferiority.
Or, let's turn that around. Are you saying that Black people are just as capable as White people? If so, what causes the racial disparities you mentioned? If not, what inherent characteristics make them less capable? The trope of White folks saying Black folks don't do as well because they're inferior is as old as dirt. Is that what you believe? If you truly believe in what Martin Luther King said, then you acknowledge that a Black man is just as capable as a White man--just as intelligent--just as diligent.
