Assumng this study actually exists (based on kevin's history that is doubful), the study is irrelevant as it end in 2020 and the crime wave started in 2020. Since then we have had Soros DAs who decline to prosecute crimes, reduce the charges, no bail laws & the release of criminals. These all have an effect on the increased crime over the last 3 years.
Instead of being kept in jail as a danger to society or in the hospital, he was released after a few hours
