The RepubliQ Supremes refused to hear a challenge to Texas's new Handmaids abortion ban. However, I've read that that decision alone doesn't validate the law. The Court could be waiting to hear another challenge, possibly from the DoJ.
What seems strange to me is that Roe v. Wade validated the right of women to have abortions. I thought that was unequivocal. I'm not surprised at conservative efforts to crush it, but the Court has many times referred to it as "settled law."
If any of our sane forum participants know how the legal niceties of this work, I'd be very interested. As for the rest of you:
David: please scream at me and call me a liar.
Boiler: please say "Kevin thinks..." followed by something I've never thought or said.
Charles: say anything, as long as it's Trumper-stupid.
Tommie-poo: tell us how them feelthy immigrants are flooding across the border and how much you hate them.
JerryIce: please make some learned "CPA" (lol) observation about how I play video poker. And don't forget to bet your life on it.
Looking forward to hearing the opinions of the decent, sane people and the ravings and insults from the abovementioned Trumptards.
