The fact is the majority of Americans care more about out of control covid numbers, and runaway inflation then what happened last year, and after the mid terms, this will probably die a quiet death, let's hope the DOJ works fast.

Using terms like "out of control" and "runaway" for events that are neither is a gross distortion. You might consider what ACTUAL out of control/runaway inflation and pandemics have looked like, historically. Hyperbole doesn't help.

I think that hysterical reportage is exactly what drives low poll numbers. People are complaining that everything isn't perfect yet and want to read the gloom and doom, which sells newspapers and gets clicks on social media to a much greater extent than "things are getting slowly better."

The actuality is that yes, we have inflation, but it's manageable and temporary, and accompanying it are the lowest unemployment, highest wages, and largest GDP growth in two years. Also: there was absolutely no way that the economic recovery was NOT going to be accompanied by inflation, given the supply chain bottlenecks caused by the pandemic. More economic activity, more money circulating, more demand for goods--but not enough of an increase in supply to meet that demand. Classic situation, and nothing for anyone to bitch about.

Yep, Republican voters do hope democracy will die a quiet death. That is the point of all the conspiracy-mongering distract, distract and nobody will notice when democracy dies. 

It's worse than that. When democracy dies, millions of people will fucking applaud.

Assuming the above is accurate, can anyone explain to me how that is not sedition?

Watkins is the Caitlyn Jenner of the "patriot" movement. David Miller wants to serve under her.

In fact, I consider them more culpable than the rioters themselves. If you sic an attack dog on someone, who's more at fault when that person gets mauled, you or the dog?

These scum are going to get slap-on-the-wrist punishments. They should all be lined up against a wall and shot. But they'll get six months in jail and a $2000 fine for disturbing the peace or some such. It'll be part of Biden's kum-by-ya approach to things, whereby he still thinks that the enemy is human and can be reasoned with.
