Judge rules Trump false election claims while in office covered by presidential immunity

Isn't it amazing that every time a Biden problem comes out, here comes the DOJ with an indictment.

Would they be as diligent if Trump was polling at 3%?

Your orange master is making the same argument at his hate rallies.

Good doggie, stupid Tommie-poo.

Am interested fairness & a judicial system that is not

politicized.

Do you believe Trump is innocent? The evidence is overwhelming video, audio and the witnesses are Trump's attorneys, Trump's advisors and Trump's employees?

When biden gets indicted for having top secret documents from his time as a senator in an unsecured located we can talk.

When hillary gets indicted for having top secret documents in a server in her bathroom we can talk.

If berger went to jail over stealing classified documents & destroying then we would have something.

When the DOJ stops working with hunter's lawyers to keep him out of jail then we can talk.

Right now we have a political DOJ working with the democrat party to keep the top presidential candidate from a rival party from running.

Biden had secret documents by mistake, willingly turned them back in and volunteered to let officials search all his locations.

Hillary kept a private server which investigators proved, that no one breached.  She willingly turned over the server to officials.

Berger--whom you seem to have quite an erection for--admitted his mistake, and plead guilty in court.

The DOJ lawyer "working with hunter's lawyer" was appointed by Trump, was kept on by the Biden administration, and testified that he had a free hand in the case.

Trump willfully took top secret documents from the government building, refused to give them back when asked, lied when asked if he had additional documents, hid some of those documents from FBI officials when they came to search, and then conspired to delete the security tape to obstruct  his prior crimes.  Even you know that the cases of Biden, Pence, Clinton, even Berger and General Petraeus, are not the same as Trump.  Your insistence is equating them shows either your own willful bias, or an inability to grasp the basic details of the cases.

Different facts. Trump didn't get indicted because he possessed the documents.

He got indicted because he refused to return them.  Then he obstructed justice by hiding them.  To top it all off he showed the documents to people.  All Trump had to do was turn over the documents when asked and he would have faced no consequences for possession of the documents. BTW Burger plead guilty to a crime.

There is no evidence the DOJ worked with Hunter's attorneys. In fact a Trump prosecutor that has complete independence to do what he wants is handling the case. Your claim is a conspiracy theory. And I note Hunter has been charged with two crimes.

You simply think Trump is above the law.

Hillary physically and technologically destroyed her server and her Blackberry.  Radio silenence from the DOJ and Liberals across America.  Trump talks about destroyed data, yet doesn't do it, and Libs lose their minds.  The hypocrisy is mindblowing.

Nope, she deleted emails in the normal course of business well before she received any notice to retain them. And I might add Comey probably cost her the election by announcing he was reopening the investigation 11 days before the election in violation of the DOJ's own policy.

Trump needs to pay for his crimes.

Oh, and while we are at it did Hillary attempt a coup? I suspect you don't think he shouldn't be punished for that either?

The Trump DOJ has four years to charge Clinton--Trump pushed for it--and they knew it was a loser.  Trump "conspired" to lie to the archive, the FBI and his lawyer; he chose to hide, withhold, and destroy evidence.  The different in details is obvious to anyone who cares to look.  Of course, if you decide to ignore the difference, you will remain ignorant.
