Kansas votes pro-choice.

It looks like some large corporations will be voting with their investments:

“Given this new law, we will be forced to plan for more employment growth outside our home state.” Eli Lilly and Co.

Mean, evil, backward politicians and the people who elect them--what forward-thinking company wants to do business with them?

Thats the activist group that chose our last three Supreme Court judges.   Trump openly brags about it.

And I klnow you knew that.   But thats ok.  I'll play along.

Until I just did some research, I didn't know what the Federist Society is.

So let me get this straight.  There's a handful of far right wing nutty lawyers who believe that the Constitution should be interpretted by judges as intended by it's creators?  This group has suggested to Trump that he nominate judges who won't call a fish a bee.

Holy shit, how outrageous.

Those wacky judges following the Constitution!

It's quite impossible for there to be a nationwide ban on abortion after the Supreme court accurately interpretted the Constitution.  This issue is to be LEFT TO EACH TO DECIDE.

Listen to you guys!  You're upset when judges accurately interpret laws.  I judge should never interpret law as they wish it was written.  I fish is not a bee.

Yep - Indiana went off the deep end.

Some of the states biggest employers have said it will cost the state jobs:

Eli Lilly employs 10k people largely with 6 digit income jobs.

Cummins Engines also employs 10k people largely with blue collar incomes.

Both have said future job growth will be outside the state.    Our government has decided an embryo is more important to the state's welfare than the job market.

Thats right - a group of activist judges who predetermined verdict on abortion gave a list of names to the president who they determined also had a predetermined verdict on abortion.    (FYI - good judges generally dont predetermine verdict on anything)...and they sure as hell dont lie about it at their confirmation hearing.

I thought Boilerman had a really big problem with activitst judges who engaged in this kind of behavior.   I guess we can add that to the list of things Boilerman has a double standard on.

Kinda puts that whole "fish is bee" bullshit into perspective doesnt it?    By the way, what lobby group did the fishes and bees pay to have judges elected in Calidornia?

Judges should never consider how business may react to accurately interpreting the Constitution.

The Constitution is very clear that this is a state matter.  The same sort of judge who tells us that a bee is a fish is the same sort of judge who tells us that abortion is a privacy issue.

Those wacky guys who just want to follow the Constitution.

Boilerman: Activist judges are wrong to overrule Congress and the President!

Also Boilerman: I love it when activist judges overrule Congress and the President (on certain issues)!
