Of course. As he predicted, as did I. Trump fucked everything up by his ugly, fat-ass presence. I would suspect that a LOT of the booing came from fans who had had to wait in line for four hours to pass through Turd Security. It already cost about $5,000 to get in to see the game. Now, attendees had to pay more Turd tax.
A watch party was set up nearby for those who couldn't get tickets. But of course, Trump killed that "for security reasons." It was reportedly nearly impossible to get to the game, even on foot. Checkpoints and traffic diversions slowed everything to a crawl. And of course, people going about their daily business were massively inconvenienced as well.
And just now...it looks like Trump made the Knicks lose!* He should never have stuck his fat ass in there.
Irrefutable Tom-logic. BAD THING! Who Prezidunt? ITZ TRUMPZ FAWLT!!!
David must be VERY conflicted now!

No conflicting here - President Trump made it to the game and was roundly cheered, San Antonio whipped the Knicks AND Lewis is all bent out of shape - a great result on all accounts .....

Cheered?? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!
I was very, very happy with the result! Trump was disappointed and shamed and hated! Tens of thousands booed him loud and long! Life doesn't get much better than that!
("Whipped"? By four points? David must have been watching some other game.)
From the news reports, Trump was booed and snarled traffic around the arena, causing fans to wait for hours in line to get into the arena.
Pretty predictable.

By the way, the 2020 election wasn't stolen, either. MAGA fantasyland is alive and well.
Now for the facts ; #1 - the only ones booing President Trump were the same morons who elected Kathy Hochul and AOC, #2 - the 2020 Presidential election WAS stolen by the corrupt DemocRATs who gave America brain dead Biden and the cackling hyena Harris - the most ruinous tandem ever. #3 - the Spurs will win in 7 games, after all, the series has to go 7 games to generate the millions necessary to pay the players salaries, the refs and the fat cats behind the scenes who run the league.
Al Roker predicts "The Knicks in six."
Some will say, like with the World Series, must keep games going longer than the minimum to win. Any takers about that here? LOL.
Lots of NYC passion evident from the morning news reports. NBC showed a nano second's worth of a SA watch party.
Trump was booed when shown on the big screen. Of course he was, for as many reasons as there were fans; political, the (predictable) inconveniences, bad manners. The Spurs were also booed. Not the best look for the Knicks crowd. But again, so much passion, hope. But, both still in the game!!

But it's not a cult...
Reaction to President Trump was mixed as even USA today admits. It didn't help that he was shown with James Dolan who nobody likes
President Donald Trump was met with a seemingly mixed response from attendees at Madison Square Garden. Trump became the first sitting president to attend an NBA Finals game on June 8, as the New York Knicks hosted the San Antonio Spurs in Game 3. When he was shown on screen during the national anthem, the president seemed to receive a smattering of both cheers and boos from the crowd
Now for the facts
The 5 block area surrounding the Garden had limited access (not 10), People with either game or train tickets were allowed in. Only 1 entrance to Penn Station was closed and all the trains were running. Screening was typicalfor a sporting event as bags are checked and people have to go thru metal detectors. For MLB games and othere events only plastic see thru bags are allowed in.
Everybody got in well before tipoff.
For comparison to name a few, street bigger shutdowns happen all the time in NYC. When the US president is in town, whenever he is on the move streets are randomly shutdown with little notice. On NYE streets are shutdown starting in the morning from 37th street to 59th and from 6th Ave to 8th Ave (much bigger area than last night.. Once people enter the secuirty zone nobody is allowed out.
For a championship parade on the Canyon of Heroes in lower Manhattan that area is shutdown for hours.
Street fairs on 6th and 8th Ave are a regular event with those avenues shutdown with limited crosstown access.
Then there are the parades. 5th Ave is shutdown most of the day from the 30's where the marchers line up to 86th st, Crosstown traffic is limited.
For the Radio City Tree lighting 46th to 52nd st is closed to traffic from 5th to 6th Ave.
All this without hysterical ranting from the media.
More importantly an exciting game with the Spurs ending the Knicks winning streak Missing their first 10 three pointers in the 4th quarter sealed the loss for the Knicks.
The least he could have done after inconveniencing everyone, is stayed awake during the game. 😴 Sleepy Donny.
