Las Veggas!

Hello my sweets!

Anyone remember me?

im getting ready for a trip and was thinking back to a night when I was playing Double Double bonus poker a few years ago and I was on a machine that was firecracker hot! Kept getting two pairs left and right! Does anyone know how I would go about finding that machine???

It's simple.

If you play enough, you will someday run into a machine like that again.

If you're in a Vegas casino in the coming months, that next royal flush might be the most expensive ever--it may cost you your life. The virus lingers on surfaces, such as the buttons you push, for days. And no way are they going to be disinfected more than once or twice a day, and not necessarily very well.

I would also think about all the people I might infect, even if I don't develop symptoms. So let's all hold off until we have a vaccine. You can play video poker online---including, for real money---in the meantime.

Thanks, Dad.

I can't make you, or anyone else, act responsibly--child.

EllenMonster, if you spend any time on this site you'll unfortunately get to know Kevin.  It'll only go downhill from here.

I usually play 9/6 JoB and never DDB. Isn't two pair only worth 1 per coin bet? Why would you want to find that machine?

And you'll see all sorts of childish personal attacks from Boilerman and David Miller.

The much higher payouts on four of a kind mostly make up for the (huge) loss on two pair. But the game does have over twice the house advantage of 9/6 JOB.

People like the excitement of the occasional big hit, like a bonus quad with a kicker. You'll lose much more rapidly on DDB than you will on JOB while you're waiting for that big hit.

I may be one of the few who remember EllenMonster from the old LVA days, his tongue-in-cheek style of humor.  His posts (I suspect EM is a he, but it doesn't matter) were always humorous, not to be taken seriously, always in jest.

EM's excited quest to find a VP machine giving 2 pairs with great frequency is an example of this style.  Anyone who doesn't "get" this didn't 'know' EM back in the day (or has never played VP).
