EM's excited quest to find a VP machine giving 2 pairs with great frequency is an example of this style. Anyone who doesn't "get" this didn't 'know' EM back in the day (or has never played VP).
Cancy, on any internet message board, not just this one, if someone posts and acts like a deranged loon, there are basically two possibilities: a) They are a deranged loon, or b) They're having fun.
If you encountered such behavior in public or socially, you might lean toward b). But this is the internet. You have to figure that it's a) most of the time.
Also, we don't exactly see a lot of humor in the Kitchen Sink. Our Trumpers are incapable of it, and the rest of us don't bother very often.
