Kevin tells us that California's power costs are high because they don't produce enough reneweable energy, and PJ tells us that Old Town and other places along the lake in Chicago are wonderfully safe.  California has the highest energy costs in the lower 48, while the CVS just down the street from Steve's place is planning to shut down because of ongoing roberies and violence inside and outside of the store.  CVS mentions how the same drug dealers are back out front of the store a day after being arrested.

It should be noted that California produces 20% of all renewable energy that is produced in the United States.

How can this be?

The CVS that I talk about is 4 blocks from Steve's place, and it's located near the lake in the Gold Coast of Chicago.  PJ has assured us that this area is safe.

4 blocks from my friends home and two blocks from Oak Street Beach is a broad brush..............and it's still in Old Town?  By the way, this CVS is 1/5 of mile from the Oak Street Beach that PJ assures us is wonderfully safe.  CVS must be dilusional.

Why were they planning to close?  Violence and robbery insider and outside of the store.  PJ may want to reread the article.

Since PJ didn't bother to cut and paste my first post regarding this CVS, I will do so............and you'll note that PJ's supposed quote of me above is incorrect.  Here's a cut and paste from the first paragraph.

"PJ assures me that my friend doesn't know what's going on and that voilence in Old Town is infrequent.
