I read your article. It says the same thing today that it said 4 days ago. The only thing that changed was your dishoinest summary of what that article said - hence your backpeddling and post editing after I pointed it out.

My summary is accurate, but that's not the point. The point is that PJ assured us that violence and robbery in this area could not be happening.
Is PJ going to call the company and point out that, like my friend Steve, that the CVS on Clark Street doesn't know what's going on in Old Town, and that they are fabricating stories?
CVS didnt fabricate a story - you did when you very dishonestly said they are closing down. (present tense) which is in stark contrast to what your own article says.

This entire topic has been about my friends neighborhood changing in a negative way. PJ has told us that the wealthy areas near the lake are largely isolated from the crime and violence, and my argument is that this has changed.
This "Gold Coast" CVS that I'm talking about is a half mile south of Steve's place, and 0.38 miles directly west of Oak Street Beach. This place has largely gone to hell, and that's why CVS was considering moving out. People living in the area are moving out.

At no point in time did I ever say anywhere in CHicago (or any city) is isolated from crime. Crime is prevelant in any city - even the nice parts. And thats not new or a symptom of BLM.

The BLM punks have now been largely stopped from messing with people on Wells Street in Old Town, so they've moved on to messing with people in other neighborhoods.
