I have never said nor I believe that blacks are inferior.  They have a cultural problem all built around Liberal giveaways.  In addition Libs have convinced many in the black community that effort isn't worth it due to a stacked deck.  Lib policies has largely created black failure.

Asians and whites are afforded better opportunities, live in wealthier communities, and attend better-equipped schools.

Brooklyn Tech is a NYC public school & is one of the best high schools in the country.  61% of the students are considered economically disadvantaged & 59% receive free lunches.  Many of the remaining students are just above that threshold.  61% of the student body is Asian.  One can easily see that many of the Asians are in the economically disadvantaged group & others are just above that line.

NYC spends just over $30k per student; the highest in the country; so funding isn't an issue

Brooklyn Tech is a public school that has an entrance exam, so its success is not indicative of the rest of the system.  When charter schools are excluded from test scores NYC performance is terrible. NYC performs below average & NYS is ranked 35th, so the NYC scores are really poor.

In terms of students, 62.3 percent in SUNY’s charter schools in New York City scored proficient on the ELA test in 2019 compared to the citywide average of 47.4 percent for all other public schools in grades three to eight. That’s a gap of 15 percentage points. The disparity was even greater in math: 70.3 percent of SUNY’s charter-school students were deemed proficient on the exams compared to 45.6 percent for traditional public schools. That’s a gap of nearly 25 percentage points.

NYC system is so screwed up they don;t even know how many students they have.  They are down 100,000 students, some have moved, others are in private schools & most have disappeared.

Back to the original point, income is not a predictor of success with Asian students
