The First Amendment -What is the First Amendment and its rights? The First Amendment provides that Congress make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise. It protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. - No where does this Amendment state that obscene conduct is protected.
Had you attended grammar school, you would know that multiple Supreme Court decisions have affirmed that expression OR conduct OR speech OR writing that someone finds "obscene" is nonetheless protected.
