You didn't even cite it correctly, but what you obviously don't know is that First Amendment freedoms have been redefined and, crucially, broadened by the courts---for decades.

You're going to get all worked up about something, you should at least educate yourself about it first. Unless, of course, all you want to do is rant.

And you're a stupid fuck, David, but you know what I meant when I said that freedom of speech is protected by the First Amendment AND all the subsequent court decisions concerning it. I could reference several such decisions at the Supreme Court level, including decisions specifically regarding "obscene" speech and expression. But you just want to bleat.

This issue has been dealt with by people far smarter than you.

I believe that a private company has the right to set dress standards.  Libs do not.  If this woman doesn't like their standards, she is free to take her slutty attire elsewhere.

Oh my, PJ you don't see the difference?  Both companies are private and can do what ever they want.  One is an opinion page which limits what opinions can be voiced.  The airlines has nothing do with an opionion page, but instead they have the same dress standard for all..............not just for some.
