Libs hate standards

Another Suzy slut.  This is very different than an opionion page.  I have never made a request to have anyone banned from LVA, which is very different than Kevin, btw.

Oh my, PJ you don't see the difference?  Both companies are private and can do what ever they want.  One is an opinion page which limits what opinions can be voiced.  The airlines has nothing do with an opionion page, but instead they have the same dress standard for all..............not just for some.

Now Sleepy wants to regulate what he and other Libs claim is the truth.  A few years back, Sleepy claimed that any words against the Steele dossier was a lie and any words claiming that the shit on Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian collusion.  Those who claimed otherwise were lying.

It seems pretty clear you dont understand your own point.   Is Twitter a private business?   Yes.   So can they have standards?   Um...er...ah...no  according to Boilerman.

Boilerman claims "libs hate standards"....and by "Libs" he means himself.

Just like a dog barking. Mindless, reflexive, and stupid.

There are no legal issue with any business setting their own policies, including on speech.  Several of these social platforms are monopolies or near monopolies.  Because of this, I have an issue with Twitter, for example, controlling what speech is allowed.  Conservative views are squashed, and Liberal views fly through without scrutiny.

The fact that there is an uproar from the Left about Musk's plans to allow all views is proof that not all views are currently being heard.

So in other words...private companies are allowed to "have standards" so long as Boilerman agrees with them.   Otherwise they dont.

Oh, and "Liberals" hate standards.    This thread has been an entertaining waste of my time.

Boiler's panties are twisted about something imaginary. Twitter allows content from all sides of the political spectrum. It disallows hate speech and harmful disinformation. In that aspect, Boiler is partially correct, in that 99% of that hate speech and disinformation comes from the alt-right.

Twitter is a private company and can allow or ban whatever content it wants. However. They don't have the right to publish harmful content.

If Boiler wants Twitter to allow his gang to post whatever they want, he and they should clean up their act.

Read what I said.  Private monopolized companies should not be able to limit speech.  Give me 20 platforms with half favoring Liberal speech and half favoring Conservative speech and I'm good.  40 favoriing Conservative and Liberal speech is best.

Libs want a monopoly on speech and your comments prove it.
