Well, Charles my boy, if you voted for Trump, that shows at the absolute minimum that you're a sucker: easily played, easily fooled, easily conned. It's almost always worse than that, though: it also shows that you're a bigot, that you condone crimes ranging from treason to rape (as long as it's your guy doing it), and you support the idiotic fantasy that elections your side loses are ipso facto fraudulent.

I reject your bullshit dumbass label of objection to Trump as "the new McCarthyism." Any decent American, anyone with any sense of morals or ethics, should vehemently object to Trump. That's not some kind of fringe movement or conspiracy theory. The man and his followers are utterly abhorrent, and if somehow you don't see that, well...that's quite a stain on your character. I agree that Trump hasn't yet been convicted of anything. But I don't agree that that means he's innocent of all wrongdoing. Such a contention is absurd, but the 75 million are in and of themselves an absurdity. So, logical, I guess.

Unless this signature is a forgery Donald Trump is guilty of felony campaign charges....the same ones he threw his lawyer under the bus for in which he proceeded to do jail time.   But as we learned, a sitting president cant be charged with crimes while in office.  So his lawyer went to prison while the preisdent was offically named an accomplice but not charged.     Aint AMerica great ?

Mueller stated collusion with Russia most certainly occurred....but collusion isnt a crime unless its "Conspiracy"... And since Donald Trump used Wikileaks and ROgerStone as a middle man collusion was all that could be proved.     And that was do in large part to his lackies who obstructed and lied to the investigators for which they were later pardoned.    The Founding fathers didnt see that one coming.

In any event, "Conspiracy" was proven with Trump's recorded phone call with Ukraine.   Even Mitch McCOnnell agreed.  He just didnt have the balls to hold Trump accountable for it.   What a bummer.

Then there was the whole January 6 thing.   Nuff said.

Current lawsuits surround his recorded phone call to Georgia where he illegally intervened in a national election ....and his Enron accounting .  Will he be found guilty?   Stay tuned.    There's people rotting in prison for doing far less.

Charles, you may have heard the phase innocent until proven guilty but you never understood it. It simply means that if you are charged with a crime at your trial you will be given the assumption of innocence until the prosecution proves you guilty.  During your trial is the only time this applies.

Pretrial you are assumed guilty and likely have been or are currently detained awaiting trial. If you are found not guilty, you don't receive any compensation for the time you were detained. Depending on the crime and jurisdiction it can be two years or more before you go to trial. 

Even if you are acquitted at trial, once the trial is over people and businesses are legally allowed to discriminate against you simply because you were arrested.

If you want to lead the charge for criminal justice reform, I am all for it.  In the meantime, don't continue spreading the fallacy. Trump should be treated the same as any other perp that is under investigation by multiple law enforcement agencies.

Did you not listen to Biden audio talking with prime minister in Belarus on the energy lawsuit. Biden was thanking him for firing the prosecutor. Uhhh!!
